Our rates are perfect for a budget parisian homestay in our charming Bed and Breakfast. Plan a great time in Paris with a low accomodation cost.

Hot Deals 2010 : our rates for the current month.

Discount 5% for booking 6 to 9 nights
Discount 10% for booking 10 nights and more
Breakfasts are included.

From 24/12/2010 to 03/01/2011.

Laundry is possible (not ironing but i can lend you a steam iron), this service is not included in the price.

Some other unusual services like leave the lights on, all the night, are not included. Please contact us if you think you will need some kind of unusual services.

Our policy is to never ask for comments of our visitors but we can't resist to allow you to see this one. They enjoyed their 4 nights and wrote this card on 04/05/2010 when they leave the B&B.

Reservations	A deposit equal to 25% of your reservation is due within seven days of making your reservation. Minimum deposit is the value of two night's room rate per booked room.
Cancellation	Should your plans change, be sure to call us at least 2 months prior to your reservation to ensure a refund of your deposit (a fee of 50 Euros will be kept for frais de dossier). In the event of a late cancellation or an early departure, guests are responsible for the entire reserved stay. Deposits are not transferable to another date within deux months of your reservation, however, you are always welcome to send a friend in your place.
Check-In	Between 4:30 and 7:30 PM. If you plan to arrive earlier or later, please make arrangements in advance by telephone.
