B&B and Self Catering in Normandy

From Le Tréport to the Mont-Saint-Michel, the Normandy coast exhibits an astonishing variety of landscapes, The wooded valleys and its beech and pine forests are a place of peace and tranquillity. Giving way to the shifting sands of the bay of Veys, the rocky spur of North Cotentin juts into the sea. It is a "Lands End" formed by savage cliffs and deserted shores surrounded by landscapes of flowering heather and gorse. The cliffs of Jobourg are the highest in Europe.
The Mont saint Michel forms a tower in the heart of an immense bay invaded by the highest tides in Europe. UNESCO has classed the Mont Saint-Michel as a world heritage in 1979 and this mecca of tourism welcomes more than three million visitors a year.
Normandy has a very variable ocean climate characterised by humidity, mild temperature, and severe seasonal variation.
